These releases are to prepare and get some hype going for two upcoming events featuring the Boys. The most recent event coming up is The DR’S: THIRD LIVE SET aka
HALLOWEEN MONSTER SET – a full show to be recorded ON HALLOWEEN filled with all the tricks or treats you could ask for, including a heavy setlist of fear inducing, head ripping songs to match the evenings theme AND the live release/sneak peak of The DR’s THIRD single from their upcoming album; DO NOT RESUSCITATE.
Perfectly leading into the following upcoming event- the release of DO NOT RESUSCITATE: The DR’s First album. So far (and with the weeks to come), we’ve already gotten three peaks at what to expect from the band’s official release project. Got A Tattoo was the first single to be released, with Heartbreak Hotel now available. The former was an original song from the Boys themselves with a punky, thrash element to it. Meanwhile, Heartbreak is an Elvis cover with a bluesy heaviness and some thicc shredding from Rod. With what’s been released so far, the third drop could be anything. Whatever it is- the single’s expected to blow the other songs out of the competition. Which competition?… i don’t know…
